2. NO REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once the purchase is complete.
3. EXCEPTION (TECHNICAL ERROR ONLY)
The only exception to our no-refund policy is a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment for the same program within 48 hours. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
