Terms of Use

IMPORTANT NOTE: This document is a legally binding agreement between You and Ace2Examz. By accessing or using our Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If You do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of this Ace2Examz ("Website") and any content, Public Forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) ("Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing this Platform, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

If You're an individual You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or, if You are between the ages of 13 and 18, You must have Your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform. If You are under the age of 13 years or 16 years (depending on your country of residence), You may neither use our Platform nor register for any services offered therein.

3. Account Registration

To access Content, we require You to register by providing Your name and email address. You represent that the information provided is true and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account.

4. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the Content on the Platform for Your own personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant You the right to assign or sublicense the license granted under this Agreement to anyone else.

5. User Content

You represent and warrant that You own and control all rights in and to any content uploaded or posted by You on the Public Forums ("Learner Content"). You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display such Learner Content throughout the world in any media.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: (a) engaging in illegal activity; (b) posting harmful or dangerous content; (c) hate speech or defamatory statements; (d) harassment or bullying; (e) spamming; and (f) unauthorized access or disabling of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

We own all information and materials, including Content and Creator Content, trademarks, logos, and software. These are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Creator's Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited.

8. Feedback

If You submit suggestions or ideas regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use such Feedback without compensation. You shall have no intellectual property right in the Platform as a result of our incorporation of Feedback.

9. Payments and Fees

To register for Content, You may need to pay a Content Fee. Payments are processed through third-party processors and may be subject to applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

10. Refund Policy

Once You purchase access to Content, the same cannot be cancelled and there shall be no refund of the Content Fee, unless otherwise explicitly stated in our separate Refund Policy available on the Platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ace2Examz be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You, if any.

13. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Ace2Examz and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, or actions, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of Your breach of this Agreement or Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Third-Party Links

We have not reviewed all sites linked to the Platform and are not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any such linked website is at Your own risk.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

16. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of our home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our home jurisdiction.
